Surely one of the most successful and beloved opera singers of all time, Luciano Pavorotti was master among tenors from the mid-late 1960's through the 1990s and continues to perform to this day. Initially his voice was celebrated for its exhilarating upper register, and like good wine has aged majestically, it is a credit to his commanding technique and artistry that he has a career spanning four decades.
