This set of four teacups and saucers from the STPGoods Melodie de Fleurs collection is made of new bone china, with 9.5 fl oz cups for tea or coffee. These are the same cups and saucers that come with the Melodie de Fleurs tea set for two, so together they turn the teapot set into a complete tea service for six. On their own, they make a coordinated set of four for everyday tea or for guests.
Design Details
The cups are decorated in lavish sapphire and cobalt blues on a bright white ground: large stylized blossoms, trailing vines and leaves picked out with small gold-tone dots. The saucers answer with a cobalt herringbone lattice radiating around a white center. A gold-tone rim on every cup and saucer ties the pieces together and warms the cool blue palette.

Questions and Answers
Are these the same cups as in the Melodie de Fleurs tea set? Yes. They are the same teacups and saucers, so adding this set to the tea set for two gives you matching cups and saucers for six.
Is the gold trim okay in the microwave and dishwasher? Yes. The rim is a gold-tone decoration rather than real gold, and the cups and saucers are microwave- and dishwasher-safe. In the dishwasher, it is best to load them so their rims don't knock against other dishes.
Do the cups come in a gift box? No. This set is not gift-boxed, so if you are giving it as a present, plan to add your own wrapping.
